Our company was established in September of the year 2000.
After being the chief technician for both Melos Audio & Melos Technologies for over 20 years, I decided to open Melos Audio Restoration. The ONLY qualified service facility for Melos Hi-Fi gear in the world, licensed with permission, from the original designer.
Our Goal is to show every one of our clients that we really do care and will do our very best to cater to your audio needs.
All of our technicians are factory certified and have proven themselves to be able to solve even the most difficult of problems. In addition, we provide them with the highest state of the art equipment to enable the most efficient services available today. Our normal turnaround time for repairs would be approximately one week. Of course, the availability of parts required to complete the repair create delays. All you have to do is send us your unit and one of our technicians will be promptly assigned to your component(s). Within 24 hours, a service representative will contact you via phone, fax, and or e-mail to inform you exactly what is needed and what the costs will be to repair, restore, or modify your unit(s). All repairs performed by our staff are 100% guaranteed!

A bit of archiving history — “One of my archiving workhorses is the Ampex ATR 102. This one was built in 1979. It was refurbished by my friend, the late, great Steve Anderson in March 2015 with parts from ATR Services. 1/4″ stereo, 1/4″ full track mono, and 1/2″ headstacks (with dummy heads in the erase and record positions) built by John Austin with NOS Ampex heads.” – Dan Johnson Photo by Zane Roessell http://www.zrofoto.com/
